SUBJECT: Change of Village Location for Resettlement of Toya Village

TO: Mayor of Yontan Mura

All new houses were constructed at the present village site upon consent of all villagers for the under-listed reasons.
Your appropriate consideration and approval on the above matter is very much appreciated.
The list of villagers consented on the matter is attached for your information.

Reason:
1. The villagers have ownership of the present village site.
2. There were fourteen houses in the said site in pre-war days.
3. The said site is not available for cultivation.
4. Consideration of all villagers revealed that the village site of pre-war days is better for cultivation than the present village site.
5. The said change of village location is very appropriate not only for administration but sanitary condition.
