SUBJECT: Clearance of Water Line Construction

TO: The Governor
Okinawa Gunto

1. You are requested to inform the Mayor of Yomitan-Son that the areas delineated on the attached sketch and which were indicated on the ground by Mr. Paul S. Goto, USCAR, with Mura officials, must be cleared for construction purposes of the United States Government.

2. Use of the area will require the clearance of crops and indigenous dwellings.
