SUBJECT: Clearance of Water Line Construction

TO: The Governor
Okinawa Gunto Government

1. You are requested to inform the Mayor of Yomitan-Son that the area outlined in blue on attached sketch must be cleared for construction purposes of the United States Government.

2. Use of the area will require the clearance of crops, however, no indigenous dwellings will be affected.
