ALLOCATION OF JAPANESE GOVERNMENT OWNED PROPERTY

1. The Ryukyuan Property Custodian, as authorized agent of the Deputy Governor, Ryukyus Command, pursuant to authority contained in FECOM letter dated 30 April 1952, subject: “irective for United States Civil Administration in the Ryukyus Islands”as amended, herewith allocates to the U.S. Armed Forces, Ryukyu Islands, the use and possession of the following described Japanese Government Owned Property: All of that area of Japanese Government-Owned tidelands, which being unsubdivided land without definitive boundaries is not identifiable by tract or lot number, lying along the seacoast between map coordinates longitude E 127ﾟ43`57.8″ latitude N 26ﾟ25`38″ being the Northwesternmost point of intersection with the coast, thence generally Southeasterly to longitude E 127ﾟ44`02.7″ latitude N 26ﾟ25`13.2” being the Southeasternmost point of intersection with the coast, of the military installation known as Nike Site 1B, located in Yomitan Son, in the Bolo Point area.

2. By acceptance of this allocation, the recipient acknowledges that the property described above will be devoted solely to utilization by the United States Government. When the requirements of the recipient for use of the property permit, the recipient may outgrant use of the property by lease, easement, license or permit provided such outgrant shall be terminable on 30 June each year, and complies with the regulations of the recipient pertaining to real estate. Outgrants may be renewable annually at the option of the United States. It is further understood that the rents or compensation received therefor shall be remitted to the Deputy Governor. The recipient further acknowledges and consents that this allocation of said property does not effect transfer of title, the right to permanently outgrant the same or the grant of any other proprietary interest therein to the recipient.

3. This allocation supersedes any previous allocation made for this property.
