Dear Sir:
At the site of Nike construction work under contract No. FEC-902 LOT-1 (ZAKIMI-KU, YOMITAN) the contractor Matsumura Gumi co. constructing access road acrossing the farms which belongs to the undersig***. Before the contractor Matsumura Gumi co. submit their drawing of road drainage a* *** *art of said access road to Okinawa Engineer District for approval, We wanted them to ****** the road drainage (Rip Rap stone ditch) outside of their grading limits and install 5’x5’x5′ concrete box at meeting place o* those drainage but disapproved.
In the village like ours farming is only way by which we can get our livings, if there is not concrete box at the meeting p*ace of the road drainages, our farm will be damaged whole area of farm (1.2 acre) by water and clay due to heavy rain fall in future.
We want claim against the government nor against Matsumura Gumi company for the farm to be used for the installation of the drainage ditches and concrete box.
It is therefore, requested that the site be inspected and the drainage ditches and concrete box as noted above be constructed without any cost to us.
